2023 Bainbridge Island Grand Old 4th
Street Fair Vendor Information
CONGRATULATIONS! We are happy that you will be joining us as we bring back Bainbridge Island’s biggest party — the 2023 Grand Old 4th Celebration!
Set-up hours: Monday, July 4, from 6:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
We have eliminated set-up on the evening of Sunday, July 3, due to concerns about lack of overnight security for unmanned tents, tables, etc. All vendors must load in on July 4.

Street Fair opens to the public promptly at 9 a.m. on July 4th. Please allow time for the ferry, traffic, etc. to avoid being late. Download the Washington State Ferries app for the most up-to-date information – schedules may change due to a current shortage of workers and construction at Coleman Dock in Seattle.
Please note the direction of vehicle access and egress. No vehicles are allowed in the booth area July 4th from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For safety’s sake, no tear-downs before 5:00 p.m., July 4. Please comply.
After set-up, place the enclosed “Vendor Parking Permit” in your vehicle window and proceed west to Madison Avenue and north across Winslow Way to the Vendor Parking Area near the Bainbridge Performing Arts Center and Island Fitness. There is no vendor parking in the T & C (grocery store) parking lot.
Parking is limited. Only one parking permit will be issued per vendor, so please car pool with other booth workers. One car per booth.
Please help keep our festival clean. Please use the compost/recycling/trash areas set aside for the vendors on Bjune Drive rather than the public cans.
Remember, the State of Washington requires vendor permits and food handling cards for all food vending booths. Your form must be completed and returned to the health department two weeks prior to the event. For information call: Kitsap Health Department at 360-337-5235.
If lodging is desired, reservations are required. Marshall Suites (206-855-9666) and Quality Inn & Suites (206-842-6861) may have rooms available. They are located near 305 & High School Road.
